I was happy with the service and the car that I rented. Nick and Hector we're very friendly! I understand that it's 5:00 on a weekday, so of course it will be busy but WHY wouldn't they have more people working at what is probably the busiest part of their day?The people working are friendly enough, though I pity them for having to work here.There are brochures for things around orlando that have deals in them, so you can look through those to entertain yourself for your long stay at Enterprise.I can't review what it is like to drop off a car because I'm able to drop it off with the collision shop and not have to worry about making a trip here.
