But, I had some good times, and perhaps more importantly, somewhere along the way, I learned how to be an adult. But, math and science certainly arent for everyone. There are plenty of ways to carve your own path in life without a degree - my personal belief, however unpopular it may be, is that no college education will trump firsthand, real world work experience.
Get a career aptitude test and do some reading on different careers before you get balls deep in this. I learned how to write professionally in college. That's exactly what I entered this thread to say! As long as you don't blow all of that money on a useless degree, it's definitely worth it. But, I had some good times, and perhaps more importantly, somewhere along the way, I learned how to be an adult. But, math and science certainly arent for everyone. It might not be worth it, depending on your field... or one school could be a much better deal than another. Ideally get good grades too.
