The Graduate Research School will—, (a) inform the student in writing that they are deemed as being at risk of not meeting the course requirements for continuation; and. (2) A student enrolled in a concurrent program who wishes to continue with the Doctor of Philosophy may be required to withdraw or suspend enrolment in the concurrent program if they do not make satisfactory progress in the course for the Doctor of Philosophy annually. (b) in an undergraduate or honours program at this University. or Doctoral Level (Ed.D./Ph.D.) Unless otherwise approved by the Board in exceptional circumstances, a student is not permitted to enrol, as part of the degree, in more than 24 points of undergraduate or postgraduate units. (3) Unless the Board, in recognition of exceptional circumstances, approves otherwise, a student must not be enrolled in a concurrent program during the year in which they indicate they will be submitting a thesis for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy.
