Unacceptable customer service!I placed my order on the 9th of April.Paid for standard delivery (i.e within 2-3 working days) for an EU country from Seraphine UK.I never received anything from them, apart from one automatic confirmation email of my order.

Very good customer service, they keep you informed from the moment of your order being placed until it will reach your doors. However, everything came in the day I reached out to confirm my order. Made my daughter very happy. Quite happy with the service and the delivery.
The leggings where expensive, 35 euros each. I eventually got a Royal Mail tracking number and was told to chase it myself .The order has been siting in a Royal Mail UK dispatch centre since the 17th April and is obviously lost.
They all fit perfectly! I then contacted customer … I’m very disappointed with this order. Excited to continue to wear these outfits on the regular and through my next pregnancy! Great quality clothes, some made in Portugal! I recently purchased a number of items from Seraphine and was told these would be delivered on 27 August. Great quality products, delivered on time. They replied on the 25th that it'on its way, although they should have provided refund for such an unacceptable delay.I received an email from a local courier, saying that i will receive my order on the 30th of April, i.e 21 days after my order and still the package has never arrived!I demanded full refund of my £240.95 payment, otherwise legal actions will be taken against them.
No followup email with a tracking number, no email saying apologies for the delay, nothing.I contacted them on the 23rd to see where my order is.

Only wish I had found this website during my 1st pregnancy! Very efficient. Missing product and very poor customer service. Horrible Customer Service. Order never received... no refund .. no replacement !. I took a guess at my pre-pregnancy size being a little smaller because of the way American sizes run vs the UK and was happy I did. Love the soft material and so excited to try with baby! The agent 1) questioned me for not looking hard enough for the package 2) asked me to reach out to the shipping company DHL myself 3) failed to follow up as promised. Got 2 pairs of the leggings, but I’ve got say I’m disappointed with them.
The choice in clothing is excellent, and the quality of the clothing is amazing. The leggings were too big. All rights reserved. Payment has been taken but the delivery date came and went with no parcel received. It fits perfectly and looks elegant and feminine.It arrived on time and well packaged.

Particular mention to Nohaila who was so friendly and helpful. Really good quality of clothes. Agent was polite but infuriating with unapologetic attitude in representing the company. One of the leggings looked used. I want to return the whole order, but the leggings can not be returned because its classed as hosiery. Very fast delivery with no problems, despite COVID 19 situation. The Online Customer Service Agent provides online customer service support by managing customer calls and e-mails via Zendesk and Live chat and dealing with inquiries in a positive and efficient manner. Lovely maternity wear.
They look good and are good quality but so annnoying having to pull them up every few mins. They will definitely last for long time. Implements corrective action as needed to ensure an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Love the outfits I purchased and will be buying more!!
