Absolutely the rudest, most inept phone operators that I have EVER dealt with. I can't seem to convey that I need to reschedule....no....make that cancel an appointment for a procedure. Their written pain protocols sound great, Got a knee replaced. However the paperwork that I filled out with my correct address must have been filled in the trash bc the bills were sent to a temporary address that never existed on any state/federal id. It's unfortunate that it has to come to this.

More days went by as they finally sent the paperwork in (in order to clear his insurance and move the case over), then after 3 days of no answers...come to find out, they sent the paperwork to the wrong department!! From the Emergency Department to the ICU, to the Financial Services we were treated with great care, compassion, kindness and excellent medical expertise.
I'm beyond upset and now it might affect my credit despite ms always paying all my bills in full on time. So they came in, accusing me of abusing the drug and unhooked me from the machine.I checked out of the hospital early, since they were trying to give me oral drugs I was allergic to(They had the list) and completely ineffective at reducing pain anyway. Therefore, children under 12 years of age are not permitted, as children may have colds or infections that could be transmitted to patients. I would trust them with my life.
I have no idea where they got a temporary address we had for 3 months during a corporate relocation. yes. 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm | Two Visitors I was like- I saw a doc for 10 minutes ; a nurse for 12; a clerk in and out for 17; they should know how much my visit costs.
07/17/2017I wrote this letter to the CEO of the hospital. I wont be going there or referring anyone to it! Parents are permitted to room-in with the child unless it has been determined by the medical team that it is not advisable or in the best medical interest of the child.
All o have to say is I've always hated filling out paperwork but this just proves no one looks at it period. Other visits may be arranged according to the patient’s wishes. No restrictions per patient wishes.

After finally getting him stabilized, it was time to get him moved to an acute care facility nearby and for days, they kept telling us that they would prepare him for the move and have him transferred on a Monday. It was my first experience at this facility as a the care giver of a patient, and I could NOT have asked for more.

We knew the first several days were going to be loaded with tests in order to figure out what was wrong with him.....but by day 6 in the ICU ward, we were becoming incredibly frustrated with the lack of answers or explanation as to what they were looking for or trying to target.
How can you be discussing private info about your health with 10 other patients in the same room, you can nearly rub elbows with the patient next to you.

After finally getting him stabilized, it was time to get him moved to an acute care facility nearby and for days, they kept telling us that they would prepare him for the move and have him transferred on a Monday.
