I am utterly disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed by the hospital - leaving me with additional gastric discomfort, untreated food poisoning symptoms and a very heavy heart not knowing how many other patients were going to suffer similar fate as I have. If you need to use public transport, please make sure you use a face covering during your journey. The reminder service is open 10am - 8pm, Monday to Saturday. Waiting room smelled like butts, but otherwise it was pretty decent experience as far as hospitals go. We aim to keep patients fully informed about their investigations and treatment, and in doing so facilitating patient involvement in decisions about their treatment. One little complaint but I still won't remove a star from my review because the care REALLY made up for it but I came here under a suspected stroke, which we told the front desk. I got a CD and the report itself, which is certainly a plus. Will cherish the pictures forever. It's probably worth it to just take a look at the place if you're in the area.

I guess it's relatively new (opened in 2005) so therefore more up to date, clean and well laid out.Would obviously not recommend a trip here unless you need to, but if you do need a hospital, I'd pick this one! The patient reminder service is a voice and text reminder service that will notify you via telephone seven days before a scheduled appointment. during the 40 minute wait. Just really impressed with the quality if care.

This is one of the worst Hospital ever! ... University College Hospital. The department undertakes continuous self-monitoring to ensure that patients are both treated promptly and made as comfortable as possible during their stay.

The 2 and a half hours wait escalated into a whole 5 hours and 40 minutes long and excruciating wait which resulted in a combination of the earlier symptoms and additional gastric discomfort. Downside? The following bus services stop near the hospital: 10, 18, 24, 27, 29, 30, 73, 88, 134.
